One way to get work as a model is to go to modeling companies. Many models are hired through modeling companies and find regular work this way without a great deal of effort or stress, but these are the lucky ones.
Modeling companies, offer the possibility that even if you're not really into modeling you may find that you've always had a special talent that you just weren't aware of, and many modeling companies thrive on influxes of just this sort of talent.
To get into modeling companies sometimes it takes stepping outside of who you think you are and studying the industry until the right opportunity comes along. There are all kinds of people in modeling companies with all kinds of dreams.
